Ingredients:
Sponge:
200g high protein flour
3g instant dry yeast
125g water

Dough:
sponge dough
40g organic rye flour
20g wholemeal flour
10g instant oat
10g Nestum
20g low protein flour
20g milk powder
60g milk
15g castor sugar
2g salt
15g butter
