DIY pizza



4x8" Pizza

Ingredients:
Pizza Base
420g high protein flour
180 low protein flour
25g milk powder
400g water
30g sugar
15g instant dry yeast
2tsp salt
80g olive oil

Pizza topping:
Tomato paste, tuna fish, sausage, tomato, pineapple,mozzarella cheese, mayonese, oregano, salt & pepper
