Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheese Cake






Orange Cupcakes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups cake flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest

Oven temp. 190 C for 20-25 minutes
Make 16 cupcakes

Apple cupcakes

Ingredients:
Filling
1 tbsp butter, melted
4 apples
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Cake:
250g butter
150g castor sugar
4 eggs
250 flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
60g milk

Oven temp. 200 C for 20 minutes


Healthy Rye Bread

Ingredients:
Sponge:
200g high protein flour
3g instant dry yeast
125g water

Dough:
sponge dough
40g organic rye flour
20g wholemeal flour
10g instant oat
10g Nestum
20g low protein flour
20g milk powder
60g milk
15g castor sugar
2g salt
15g butter

DIY pizza



4x8" Pizza

Ingredients:
Pizza Base
420g high protein flour
180 low protein flour
25g milk powder
400g water
30g sugar
15g instant dry yeast
2tsp salt
80g olive oil

Pizza topping:
Tomato paste, tuna fish, sausage, tomato, pineapple,mozzarella cheese, mayonese, oregano, salt & pepper

Almond cranberry biscotti



Ingredients:


135g sugar

2 large eggs

1tsp vanilla essence

1tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

245g flour

60g Almond

60g dried cranberry


Method:


1.Preheat oven 170C, toast almond for 8-10 mins or until lightly brown, let cool.

2.line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3.beat eggs + sugar till thick. add vanilla essense.

4.combine flour with baking powder and salt.

5.Add flour to egg mixture and mix well.

6.fold in Almond and cranberry.

7.split dough into 2 logs (about 12" long and 3-4" wide).

8.bake for 30 mins. remove from oven and let cool on wire rack for about 10 minutes.

9.use serrated knife, cut log into diagonal slices 1/2" thick. arrange on baking sheet.

10.Bake 10 minutes, turn slices over and bake another 10 minutes or till firm to touch.

11.remove from oven and let cool.

12.store in an airtight container.
