Ingredients:
A
- 210g milk + 1 egg yolk
- 230g bread flour
- 70g supersoft flour
- 30g sugar
- 1/2tsp salt
- 20g butter
- 1/2tsp yeast
B - 8g green tea powder dissolved in 10g boiling water
C - 8g cocoa powder dissolved in 8g boiling water
method:
- knead A in bread machine for 35minutes
- divide dough into 3 portions: 210g for plain dough, add B to 280g dough (green tea dough), add C to 75g dough (chocolate dough)
- first prove - 60 minutes
- punch dough and prove for 20-30 minutes
- use 90g plain dough for face, 2pcs of 27g chocolate dough for eyes, fill 30g plain dough in between eyes
- cover face with remaining plain dough
- use 2 pcs of 17.5g chocolate dough for ears
- fill 70g of green tea dough in between ears
- wrap the rest of green tea dough all around the patterned dough
- place dough in loaf pan. final prove for 60 minutes
(first prove 60 minutes, 2nd prove 30 minutes and final prove 60 minutes) - bake at 185 C for 25minutes.
