Panda Bread





Ingredients:


A


  • 210g milk + 1 egg yolk

  • 230g bread flour

  • 70g supersoft flour

  • 30g sugar

  • 1/2tsp salt

  • 20g butter

  • 1/2tsp yeast

B - 8g green tea powder dissolved in 10g boiling water
C - 8g cocoa powder dissolved in 8g boiling water

method:



  • knead A in bread machine for 35minutes

  • divide dough into 3 portions: 210g for plain dough, add B to 280g dough (green tea dough), add C to 75g dough (chocolate dough)

  • first prove - 60 minutes

  • punch dough and prove for 20-30 minutes

  • use 90g plain dough for face, 2pcs of 27g chocolate dough for eyes, fill 30g plain dough in between eyes

  • cover face with remaining plain dough

  • use 2 pcs of 17.5g chocolate dough for ears

  • fill 70g of green tea dough in between ears

  • wrap the rest of green tea dough all around the patterned dough

  • place dough in loaf pan. final prove for 60 minutes
    (first prove 60 minutes, 2nd prove 30 minutes and final prove 60 minutes)

  • bake at 185 C for 25minutes.
